                                      Ripley Greenway - Derbyshire

Page written in 2003 and not cycled by myself, This route is an example of new off road cycle ways, formally an old railway line then a public right off way foot path, and has now been tarmac'ed since around 2001/02 for use for cyclists. Ripley Greenway is approximately a few miles long, done by Amber Valley/Derbyshire County Council and does link up to the end of the new section of the National Cycle Network Route 54. I have had a quick look along the greenway as it is close by to where I used to work.
