Introduction to 600Bandit.co.uk
The Suzuki Bandit, you either love 'em or loathe 'em ,they are good value for money bikes, ok not the fastest 600 on the market but quick enough for the novice rider to have a bit of fun on. The Bandit is after all a parts bin special using existing production parts from other bikes, and built to be a cheap entry level middleweight 'big' bike. It does "exactly what it says on the tin" cheap to run and maintain for people like me to play on at the weekends, and returning to motorcycling after quite a few years break. This site is mainly about my year 2000 model GSF600Y Bandit and a few of the places I've been on it.

The Bandit 600N (Naked) was launched in 1995, The following year the Bandit S introduced, both N & S retained its original body style up until 2000 when it got a face lift with new bodywork and chassis changes, which was labelled the "new shape bandit" coded Y for 2000, which remained the more or less same with minor changes until the 600 Bandit production ended in 2004. There are lots of aftermarket products available for Bandits to customise the look of your bandit, Fly screens, belly pans, under trays, exhausts, anodised fittings, the list goes on.
